Every year my family donates some old clothes and canned goods to a charity and sometimes we also give money. My mom always tells us that it is also important to give and to help people who are in need. My mom also volunteers in our church and sometimes my sister and I tags along. There are so many people who need help and if you have the sources or capability to help, it is very important to help them.

My friends also give to charities and one of my friends organized a program last month. All the proceeds went to a local charity. Helping others makes me happy. One of my cousins loves to sing and she is a member of the church choir. One day I went to her place and she was checking out a website. The website is called singforhope.com. It is a non-profit organization that mobilizes professional artists – from classical musicians to photographers to Broadway performers. They have tree volunteer programs which are, Art U! Healing Arts and Community Arts. Each of the programs is defined by the needs of the community, the service of professional artists, and our belief in the transformative power of the arts. My cousin is very interested in becoming a volunteer so she is researching about Sing for Hope. She also wants to donate for charity. My cousin has a soft heart and helping others makes her happy. Whenever she has free time, she volunteers in the community. I really admire my cousin. She asked me if I want to go with her if I have free time. I told her that if I am free, I will be joining her with her volunteer work. She told me that she will be volunteering in a charity on Saturday, unfortunately I have an appointment so maybe next time, I am going with her. I really like my cousin.

I was with my friend yesterday and we went to the pharmacy to buy over the counter drugs for her sister. She said that her sister has flu and she asked my friend to go to the pharmacy for her. Finally my sister and her family are moving to their dream home. My sister and her husband have been staying in bungalow since they got married. They are renting the house for three years. My sister has a two year old daughter and she is currently pregnant. They decided to buy a house since their family is growing.

So they will be moving in a two storey house and the house is really nice and the yard is huge. My sister and her family have lots of stuff and my sister is planning to hire movers. I was with my friend yesterday and she let me taste her new favorite snack. It was a peanut brittle. My friend has a sweet tooth and I think every month she has a new favorite snack. She said that her cousin gave her the peanut brittle. I have tasted a lot of peanut brittle but I think that the one that my friend gave me was the best. My mom also has a sweet tooth and I am sure she will love to a peanut brittle.

I love flowers and I love taking care of plants. I have garden in our front yard and I am stating to develop a garden in our backyard. I finally started to watch Winter Sonata. I have heard and read positive reviews about the drama but a 20 episode drama is too long. My friend who has watched the drama told me that it is a great one. So I give it a go. The plot is interesting and the drama has a great cast. I am half way through the drama and I am loving it.
